Congratulations to IdealWare user Midway Building Supplies in Oroville, WA for opening a brand-new, 20,000 sq. ft. store. The new store layout is beautiful, and all the new POS equipment adds a clean look to the new location. Ideal staffers Dave and Gary were on hand to help with installation of new computer hardware and to get the new system up and running. With stores in Tonasket and Oroville, Midway Building Supplies serves the Okanagan Valley and Osoyoos Lake areas of North Central Washington State.

Ideal is pleased to announce the addition of Susan Brennan to our team as an IdealWare Consultant. As well as assisting with the support of our existing clients, Susan will work with potential clients to demonstrate the advantages and flexibility of IdealWare and with new clients to set up the software and train staff.

Prior to joining Ideal, Susan was the IT Manager for S.P. Richards Co. Canada, the Canadian division of the Atlanta-based wholesale office supplies company. She played a key role in the growth of S.P. Richard's computer services in the rapidly expanding Canadian market.

With more than 25 years in the software business, Susan brings a broad range of accounting knowledge, business expertise and software experience in such diverse areas as lumber sales, wholesale distribution, and records management. We're very pleased to welcome Susan to our staff and believe that her skill set and experience fit Ideal's strategic plans and initiatives well.
