Ideal offers its customers 24/7 telephone support under the Annual Maintenance Agreement.

 

Annual Maintenance Program

Included Features

  • support available 24 hours a day 7 days a week
  • guaranteed average maximum response time of one hour
  • up to one hour of no-charge support time per month
  • automatic notification of, and entitlement to, all upgrades and interim releases
  • bugs encountered on all client systems will be repaired in the current standard version of IdealWare and made available to clients on maintenance via interim releases
  • no charge for time installing upgrades and interim releases of IdealWare
  • reduced hourly rates for Ideal's programmers and technicians for all services not covered by this program

Requisites

Participants must have a working modem or broadband internet service with appropriate communications software installed on their computer to enable Ideal consultants to access IdealWare on their systems.

Exemptions

The following items are not covered by the Maintenance Program:
  • media and freight expenses
  • repair of data files corrupted by hardware failure or operator error
